At Life we seek to provide youngsters with varied groups through which they can have fun learning about Jesus, and grow in their relationship with Him.
Our children’s work is called ‘Wildlife’
Activities include bible study, games, drama, craft, music, discussion and prayer. We also aim to nurture the children’s own interests and talents and to help them feel a valued part of the church family.
We take the welfare of our youngsters seriously – our leaders are expected to agree to sound principles of childcare and complete necessary Child Protection and Disclosure & Barring Service procedures. We are a member of the Churches’ Agency for Safeguarding
On a Sunday, children and young people join the rest of the church for worship and then they go out to their groups.
In our ‘STARS’ group children from birth up to reception age, including children with special needs learn all about God’s love through play, games, crafts and songs.
Our ‘WILDBUNCH’ group is for primary children in school years 1 to 6 and we learn about what it means to be a christian through a wide range of activities.
‘ELLIPSIS’ is for young people in school years 7 and beyond and we take a deeper look what it means to have a relationship with God.
‘ELLIPSIS’ also meet for a meal, fun and discussion every other Friday in a youth leader’s home.
On the 4th Sunday of the month all the groups will come together for a “Wildtime” and all share together.
